Time Out!! (A quick 10-step script to get back to life)

Ever get #triggered by someone or something?
Experiencing #conflict with someone?

Here’s a quick “Time Out!” script (10 steps) to help get back on track (and it fits nicely on my phone’s wallpaper / lock screen as a reminder during time of need).

Background: This came up for me (and out of me) while caring for an aging parent (my last one) who is navigating her life as best she can while contending with declining memory capabilities and heavy brain fog (#aging). Had I not embarked on my coaching certification journey I may not have ever come up with this kind of thinking and clarity for myself (and it helped to talk through this scenario with my own coach too!). Through coaching I have greater #clarity,#awareness, and #consciousness in life situations, and much more quickly than before, so that I can choose to respond vs. react, improving my relationships and my life experience overall.

Privileged to have been asked to graphic record the ACTIAC Executive Leadership Conference (2016) along with Caryn Ginsberg (@CarynGinsberg) and Joe Azar (@JoeAzar4).  Honored to be working along side such talented professionals!

Tied up my 3 captures, and then it was off to the lunch debate in the plenary room.

So the three of us were somehow able to capture this Experience vs. Edgy debate, in front of the 800 or so attendees (all C-level Gov’t employees as well as IT industry reps).
